I've been supporting the venture capital and private equity for nearly two decades. There is a real problem in the industry: the appetite for risk has fallen in venture capital. Venture capitalists are acting more and more like private equity, especially here in Asia. (It is one of the reasons why the ecosystem continues to struggle.)
